Cross-Functional Coordination Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to deliver on client expectations. Ensure smooth execution of campaigns, product launches, and merchandising plans. 5. Market & Competitor Analysis Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Provide insights and recommendations to improve positioning and competitiveness. 6. Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a proactive approach to prevent potential problems. 7. Reporting & Performance Tracking Regularly report on account performance, sales metrics, and ROI. Use data to inform decisions and improve account strategies. 8. Customer Experience Enhancement Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
