Feb. 2021 - Apr. 2023Cochabamba, Bolivia• Serve as a consulting partner to the business to identify the appropriate strategies to attract each vacancy's best talent. • Support the VP of HR in the creation of a Service Level Agreement (SLA). • Provide guidance and continuous communication to the hiring managers, keeping them up to date on the recruitment status and identifying potential issues or challenges that could delay the estimated time to close the vacancy. • Schedule the interviews between the candidates and the interviewers, and follow up on the outcome. • Ensure that all the steps of the Talent Acquisition Process are fulfilled. • Manage the company's ATS and LinkedIn, ensuring optimization of job postings, proper employer branding management, full candidate review, and response. • Support the VP of HR in designing an Internship Program, identifying key objectives, target roles, and candidates, Program duration. • Build a continuous pipeline of potential candidates by networking, social media presence, and building relationships with educational institutions, among others. • Identify metrics and analytics that will help anticipate the best recruitment channel and method for each vacancy based on data. • Stay up to date with current market trends in job terminology, target the talent, changes in the candidate pool offering in the market, etc. • Manage the relationship with the staffing agencies. • Process Payroll ensuring that all adjustments are accurately captured and processed for a timely payout. • Work in tandem with other areas in the processing of special payments, such as bonuses and pay increases. • Ensure all documentation/records are saved for audit purposes and future consultation. • Support the VP of HR in efforts such as presentations in English, policy creation, etc.
