I worked under Ttec Communications training for USAA Auto professional. After training I was remotely working for USAA inbound call service. This was a great learning experience but I didn’t fully enjoy this position. I was helping members correctly find answers for their questions.

Sep. 2020 - Feb. 2021I offered my skills at PlaySPOT Kids where sanitization was kept to the highest priority for Special Needs Children to come and receive their necessary therapy. I also manage the documentation and billing for multiple therapists and clients. Because of Covid-19, and lack of children able to come out in public to receive therapy, I was only able to work 6 hours a week. I worked with the Theranest computer program for insurance billing, scheduling, and documenting all necessary information according to State regulations. I am also proficient in most Windows and Google Applications. Because of the low hours I had to search for more work and change careers.

Mar. 2020 - Mar. 2021Due to Covid-19, after I was unable to go to face to face visits at clients homes, I decided to take a break and concentrate on helping my own two girls get through preschool and 3rd grade at home. I was very lucky to be able to get involved with my kiddos education and go through the process together, it was fun and challenging for all us in different ways but we made it through and all learned so much.
