As the personal assistant I was in charge of helping our team organize their workload and assist them with their paperwork, examples would be writing customer contracts and writing job estimates. As the office manager of the company I am in charge of paying the company's bills and managing the company's bank account. I was put in charge of important in person meetings with clients across the state and am in charge of scheduling and executing those meetings personally. These meetings range from providing updates to our clients, to getting a list of updates, as well as giving presentations about the company's workflow and about specific pieces of our evaluation process. Note: My family requested the name of the company not be included on any social services, therefore the name has not been included in this entry.
