Dec. 2020 - Oct. 2021KuwaitAs a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, I am currently spearheading multiple digital and process-based programs in Drops. My responsibilities include (but are not limited to) – Planning, executing and managing all digital campaigns across different platforms, Growth Hacking, CRM strategy and execution, and in-app content quality control. • Planning and executing click funnels • Budgeting and planning media buying for all campaigns • Overlooking and managing all digital campaigns – Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and Twitter, Snapchat & Tiktok • Generating detailed report after each campaign, analyzing data, and recommending changes for future campaigns
• Strategizing, and planning in-app and general digital growth tactics
• Overlooking the email marketing system of the brand – newsletters, retention emails, etc. • In-app Content management – Working closely with the app content team to ensure that all products are listed appropriately • Strategizing and building Customer journeys through Salesforce’s CRM tool
• Providing consult to the IT department on an ad-hoc basis in regard to marketing, tracking, analytics, and CRM tools for the new app release.
• Conducting content quality check for the new release through Commerce Cloud
• Process optimization – introducing new systems and processes where needed to bridge the gap between departments
• Training relevant departments that work directly with the Digital Department
