- Studied through an intensive online three-month course in technology sales development
- Read three books including How to Win Friends and Influence People, Fanatical Prospecting, and SPIN Selling
- The class was online in a video format making it my responsibility to log on and watch the videos outside of my normal working hours
- Role played with SPIN tactics on sales scenarios at least twice a week (Achievements)
- Familiarized me with widely used CRM’s such as Salesforce and HubSpot
- Developed SPIN and BANT-related strategies for cold calls and first meetings
- Successfully graduated from the E-learning course dedicated to training any person on the basics of sales development
- Intensely studied sales terminology, org structure, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, sales cycles, prospecting, researching, cadence, spin, bant, cold emailing, cold calling, salesforce CRM, and sales loft
- Learned B2B cold outreach tactics for relevant channels
