In 2024-2025, these campaigns generated a +25% increase YOY in total graduate student applications and a +15% increase in online graduate student applications. -Direct strategic planning and execution for the university’s enterprise website, including oversight of site governance, accessibility, UX, and CMS migration strategy. -Manage a high-performing team spanning web development, SEO content strategy, digital advertising for brand and student recruitment, data analysis, campus digital signage and budget management. -Lead institution-wide projects including large-scale website redesigns, CMS transitions, analytics platform rollouts, and digital governance initiatives -Collaborate closely with IT, Admissions, and executive leadership to align digital strategy with institutional goals and user needs. -Champion data-informed decision making through data analysis, executive-level reporting, KPI tracking, and conversion optimization across digital channels. -Prioritize professional development and team cohesion, ensuring operational stability and growth during periods of transition.
