Ensures that compensation and benefits programs and details are aligned with and fully support corporate strategies, projects and ongoing business efforts. Assumes overall responsibility for compensation analysis, job evaluation, salary structures, merit increase, incentive plan development and employee relations policies for the enterprise. Leads the Employee Relations team, programs and functions. Serve as a resource and mentor for employees, supervisors, and managers pertaining to employee relations issues. Develops and demonstrates a thorough understanding of the business of MVP and of the functions of each department, major MVP job categories, and related human capital strengths and opportunities. Serves as a strategic partner to management throughout MVP regarding total rewards and employee relations. Provide oversight for design and implementation of wellness strategy and initiatives for coworkers, based on corporate wellness initiatives and goals.
