I began my career with CPA Global (now Clarivate) as an IP Analyst, where I worked on projects in the field of Intellectual Property management, with a primary focus on Information Disclosure Statements (IDS). Over a span of two years, I gained strong foundational expertise in IDS preparation and related IP processes. Following this, I moved to Clairvolex, another leading company in the IP domain, where I expanded my scope of work to include preparation and filing of new applications with the USPTO. This role provided me with valuable exposure to handling end-to-end application package management and filing processes. My core skills and expertise include: Preparation of Information Disclosure Statements (IDS). New Application Package preparation, including National, Bypass, Continuation, Divisional, Continuation-in-Part, Secondary, and Design applications. Filing of applications and IDS with the USPTO in compliance with procedural requirements. With this experience, I bring a strong understanding of both IDS management and USPTO application filings, supported by hands-on involvement in high-quality IP projects.
