At the product design department of the company our aim was to deliver custom designed soft goods (backpacks, accessory bags, soft and hard-shell cases, various merchandise items, apparel), and also metal, wood, silicone, or plastic products for various global brands such as Nikon, Logitech, JBL, Legion and many more. - Managing and organising multiple product developments assigned by various account managers (aligning two time zones) - Facilitating brainstorming sprints with the team to generate concepts - Creating product visuals using mixed techniques (Digital sketching, Photoshop, 3D and Rendering) - CMF selection for soft goods using a wide range of material and color swatches - Optimising cost and manufacturing by collaborating with the production team in Asia - Prepare technical documentations and guidelines for sample creation and mass production - Evaluate samples and improve them based on internal, manufacturer, and client feedback - Product photography and retouching for high-quality marketing usage - Working on new product proposals to seek new prospections - Mentoring Junior Product Designers and Interns
