My journey is driven by a deep-seated passion for developing people and building inclusive, high-performing communities. With over a decade of experience as an athletic administrator and coach in K-12 independent schools and NCAA Division I programs, I have a proven track record of creating dynamic, mission-centered athletic programs that prioritize holistic student-athlete development, equity, and wellness. What sets me apart is my "transilience"—the ability to transfer and adapt my skills across diverse environments. My leadership journey was uniquely shaped by experiences outside of traditional athletics, including developing data-driven coaching strategies in a leadership role at Apple and cultivating global communication skills as an English instructor in South Korea. These roles honed my ability to connect with people from all backgrounds, build robust teams, and drive organizational excellence. Whether on the court, in the classroom, or in a corporate setting, my fo cus remains the same: to empower individuals and build cultures where everyone can thrive.
