• Ensure that all client services are delivered in accordance with established SLAs and company policies, monitoring
compliance and addressing any discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies to promote client retention and loyalty, actively seeking to understand and address any
potential concerns.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client services, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for
improvement.
• Anticipate potential client issues and proactively implement measures to prevent problems before they arise.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and company offerings.
