Jan. 2017 - Dec. 2024São Paulo, São Paulo, Brasil· Elaboration and implementation of business strategy, growth pillars and annual plan; definition of market positioning and commercial policies; mapping of potential targets · Analysis of competitive environment (players, innovation, pricing) and market dynamics (macroeconomic scenario and sectorial trends/demands). · Channel P&L responsibility (contribution margin) aggregate, per segment, client and products · Monitoring of revenues, costs, and margins; actual x budgeted, deviations, root-cause and implementation of action plans towards business realignment. · Relationship with C-level from clients/prospects; understanding of their needs, presentation of product portfolio, technical specifications/performance and feasibility. · Directly responsible to conduct large size negotiations (pricing, volumes, delivery timelines, contract tenure up to deal closing). · Following up set of commercial, financial, operational and customer satisfaction KPIs. · Member of the Executive Committee; interface with peers from other areas to discuss S&OP, introduction new solutions, product portfolio adequacy, alternatives for cost reduction across entire value chain, marketing strategies and incentive plans to clients. · Reporting to the General Manager Brazil; team of 3 Key Accounts.
