Testifying in a variety of court hearings concerning the needs of families and children
Preparation of reports including, but not limited to Case Plans, Permanency Reports, and Affidavits to submit to the court system
Monitored treatment plans of contracted service providers to ensure that they were in compliance with the Case Plan
Engaging children and their families to ensure long-term change Counseling parents through the DCS process as they uncover underlying needs and strengths
Facilitating team meetings on a regular basis involving parents, children, service providers, formal and informal supports to promote an environment of support and transparency
Evaluation and re-evaluation of the children and family to ensure appropriate intervention
