B2B project Customer Relation Management (CRM) b)System center establishment and VMWARE virtualization project and for 48 Server(25 of them are virtual) c)Work Flow project(EBA): With the project 23 process are transferred into the digital environment. d)BSC (Balanced Score Card) : With the project for white color employee all KPI are defined and started to measure.
