Mar. 2018 - Jun. 2019Food and Personal Care/Breweries and Beverages, FMCG 3, Corporate Banking Division • Business analysis, development and account management of multinational companies in the FMCG space (which includes Nigerian Breweries Plc, Nigerian Bottling Company, Friesland Campina: Wamco, Dufil (Tolaram Group), Unilever, GlaxoSmithKline, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Fan Milk e.t.c) • Analysis of Multinational companies financials in a bid to structure, negotiate and manage credit deals for the Bank. • Identify customer needs and proactively provide products and services to meet their anticipated needs. • Work with colleagues and external vendors to ensure quick resolution of issues raised by clients. • Regularization of delinquent accounts. • Preparation of reports such as Weekly Performance Report (WPR), Monthly Performance Report (MPR) for presentation to the Divisional Head, FMCG 3 (Breweries and Beverages, Food and Personal Care) • Development and implementation of efficient and effective customer service strategies. • Identify customer needs and proactively provide products and services to meet their anticipated needs. • Development and implementation of investment ideas specific to clients. • Initiate, monitor and resolve requests/complaints emanating from client institutions.
