Hi all, I am the Director of Operations at Breath Artistry and the creator of the HELDstudio apps, leading product design and development across a growing ecosystem of wellness tools. With more than 20 years in wellness, creative direction, and operations, I bring clarity, structure, and emotional intelligence to everything I build. My work spans breathwork programmes, workshops, retreats, and digital products designed to support nervous system regulation, personal growth, and everyday wellbeing. I am currently expanding my study of psychology and philosophy through Peterson Academy and integrating these frameworks into my approach to human transformation and conscious living. I design and deliver high-impact wellbeing experiences that genuinely shift culture. I aim to partner with organisations that value psychological safety, creativity, and human development, bringing breathwork, mindset training, and retreat-style immersion to teams in a practical, grounded way. I’m looking for environments that welcome innovation, offer room for leadership, and prioritise meaningful transformation over box ticking.
