TranswesternManaging Director, Placemaking
Sep. 2017 - Oct. 2020I worked across internal service lines - property management, agency leasing and tenant rep brokers to identify the right partners and engage all relevant stakeholders. I constantly identified new prop tech, innovations, and industry trends to solve our clients' evolving challenges, to build Transwestern's brand and to uncover opportunities others did not see. Externally, I led our international collaboration with the Star Alliance, which included companies that each owned a piece of the FDI process of expanding operations into new countries. I also participated in Transwestern's partnerships with Devencore (Canada) and BNP Paribas Real Estate (Europe). On the agency leasing side, I repositioned assets and curated market-driven, authentic ecosystems within properties. I set the strategy, targeted prospective tenants, put in place tenant space programming, and steered the architectural design, branding and marketing. In Atlanta, major projects included Georgia-Pacific Center, GHC3 (Global Health Center), The Met and Summerhill. Through Transwestern's Plus 161 Lab team, I collaborated on assets in Buffalo, NY, Dallas, TX, Chicago, IL and Phoenix, AZ. On the workplace strategy and site selection side, I worked with tenants to ensure their workplace design and location supported their culture and created business value.
