Jul. 2013 - Sep. 2017Johannesburg Area, South Africa• Administering all technology integration processes on various servers and installation of various product solutions and managing regular communication with personnel and providing assistance to perform troubleshooting on all processes. • Participating in project steering committee and escalating all issues to management for resolutions and preparing reports for all projects and maintaining and updating all portfolios. • Administration of Windows servers (DHCP, DNS, WSUS, MSSQL 2012, MS SERVER 2008R2/2012 and Exchange 2012 • Administration of Domain Controller, Group Policy Management Powershell Scripts and IIS 7.0 • Administration of Pastel Evolution Server and client installation and support. • Performing daily backups and Disaster Recovery tests and regular fail over test. • Eset Nod32 antivirus administration • Firewall maintenance (Endian Firewall) • Desktop/Mobile Support (2nd and 3rd line support) • Network & Infrastructure Support (2nd and 3rd line support) • Samsung VoIP PABX maintenance and administration. • Participating in strategy formulation • Developing and implementing policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development • Responsible for the company's network, hardware and software • Collaborate with other IT service functions such as Change management, Capacity management, Availability management, Security management and Service Level management to ensure Network operation functions are aligned with the team’s strategy • Conduct timely performance appraisals, objective setting, coaching and training of the team. • Maintain KPI targets • Monitoring the call center (Telesales functions) • Controlling all ICT assets • Managing ICT contractual agreements • Managing ICT portfolio including service providers, processes and service delivery • Providing ICT support to the organization • Managing the MIS function Key decisions Architecture, Systems, hardware, Software Service Providers Risk Management
