Project Description in AWS : We have microservice architecture for our web portal that is deployed on the AWS ECS cluster, we have four different environment including Dev, QA, Demo and Production. All the environment are managed by Terraform state file. All the microservices are written in Java, so for the continuous integration we are using Jenkins and Travis CI. For the deployemnt we are using jenkins and running the aws cli commands to deploy the services in the ECS cluster. Apart from this we have Atlas MongoDB cloud, as a PAAS for the mongoDB cluster and that is being used by our microservices. For the authentication and authorisation we are using the Auth0. This portal is API driven, so we are using AWS API Gateway as a API communication from outside world. Also we are using AWS Cloudwatch logs to store all the logs of the microservices to troubleshoot for any error. Project Description on Azure: We are using the Azure Container Service for the microservice architecture, and using the kubernetes as a Container Service. For the image, we are using the Azure Container Registry. So once the Developer check in the code to the SCM(Github), using the Travis-CI it build the artifact and push the image to the ACR. From Travis-CI, we are also doing the continuous delivery which deploy the code in the dev environment. Using kong as a API Gateway with Auth0 and cors plugins.
