Project Cost Management Development, operation and maintenance of a bespoke cost management spreadsheet to ensure all costs associated with the project are captured and monitored as per monthly reporting guidelines, Development of Work Breakdown Structure to support the development of estimates for variations Monthly forecast and review of Project EAC and comparison with the previous month's baselines. 4. Project Schedule Management Develop the project schedule according to WaterNSW guidelines and standards on P6 and Microsoft Projects. Engage with stakeholders to discuss schedule updates and address causes of delays. Analyse schedules for the causes of delay and develop mitigating strategies 5. Project Risk Management Plan and facilitate Risk Assessment workshops according to required guidelines and frameworks Develop and update the risk register to capture the current state of all identified risk 6. Project Management Support Development of Project management documentation such as Project Execution Plans, Project Management Plans, and Basis of Estimates, Development of Work Breakdown Structure and estimates to support the development of proposals and bids for future engineering projects
