Jun. 2025New Port Richey, Florida, United StatesEvent Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement a comprehensive annual event and conference strategy aligned with the company’s business goals. - Identify event opportunities to increase brand visibility and support business development initiatives. - Create event budgets, timelines, and detailed project plans. Event Execution - Manage all aspects of event production including venue selection, vendor negotiation, registration, staffing, branding, catering, and logistics. - Coordinate speaker arrangements, audiovisual needs, and event technology platforms. - Ensure high-quality, on-brand experiences for attendees. Marketing & Promotion - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via email campaigns, social media, print materials, and partner channels. - Design promotional materials and oversee pre- and post-event communications. - Track metrics to evaluate ROI and event success. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and executive teams to align events with strategic priorities. - Maintain positive relationships with sponsors, vendors, venue staff, and industry partners. Reporting & Analysis - Measure event success through surveys, attendance data, engagement, and lead generation. - Provide post-event reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
