I supported over 50 callers in navigating acute mental health challenges, successfully preventing suicidal actions through timely de-escalation and continuous human-centered follow-up.
By building a safe environment and connecting individuals with sustainable support systems, I helped reduce suicidal risk and fostered resilience. I feel truly blessed to have served in this role, where I could make a meaningful impact in safeguarding lives and promoting hope.
