Feb. 2015 - Apr. 2025Stockholm, SwedenProject: • Developed APIs to analyze FCS, TRAST (transient state fluorescence microscopy), STED, STORM and MinFLUX images with Python, Julia and C using Docker containers running on Azure and AWS • Co-invented a new photodynamic therapy method for cancer theranostics both hardware and software (MatLab, Python). • Managed part of the EC project NanoVIB (PMC) and lead research teams in MinFLUX and STORM microscopy. • Designed experimental strategies for quantitative super resolution imaging and flow-based methods. • Created and built a Django based lab management app suite for inventory, setup management, data stewardship and knowledge base UI. • Supervised four PhD students and one postdoctoral fellow during their projects.
