Managed budgets, bookkeeping, AR/AP, collections, donations, revenue, deferred income, and customer support. - Manages advertising contracts and oversees revenue. - Part of the marketing team, assisting in in-house marketing in emails and social medias promotions. - Previously managed, now supervises: - All advertising creatives on the website and advertising performance reports. Pushing partnered sponsorships in social media, digital, and print. - Customer subscriptions, memberships, and all e-commerce responsibilities to streamlining order processing to boost efficiency. - Directed technical transitions including fulfillment systems and CRM implementations, achieving a 25% improvement in process efficiency. - Directed all internal events planning and coordinates conference events and media trades. - Collaborated directly with executive leadership to deliver strategic operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
