Aug. 2011 - Feb. 2013Centro America, Caribe, Venezuela y Ecuador 1. Restructured and lead a team of 30 Trade marketing agents among Central America, Ecuador and Venezuela which resulted in a reduction of 30% of operational costs.
2. Developed and implemented strategies for the Consumer Division with HP business allies such as Microsoft, AMD, and Intel to better position the brand at retail stores. These strategies led to a double-digit growth in shelf share, floor share and sales for the main retailers of the region.
3. Triggered the brand growth in terms of floor presence, shelf share and market share for two consecutive years by leading a Team of 7 Retail Marketing Agents from Central America, Ecuador, and the Caribbean. 4. Lead a multi-country effort to position new product lines in the region under my scope. This involved coordination and participation in road tours, press conferences (radio, TV, newspapers, and magazines), trainings and distribution channel events.
5. Designed, developed and executed a $2MM (year) marketing budget that included feedback from the Territory Managers, PR and Retail Marketing Agencies which led to a 85% growth in sales of the Consumer Printer Division.
