Organized the delegation of 25 Panamanian Real Estate Developers who participated in the Gran Salón Inmobiliario at Bogotá, Colombia. The panamanian participation doubled the expectations of the organizers goals. It was a great opportunity to show the Panamanian Real Estate proposal and advantages of investing in the country. 3. As a team effort, carry out the Expo Inmobiliaria Acobir 2023, that overachieved the financial goals and the visitors participation. Two new areas where added to the Expo: Green Island and the Special Collection area. This was introduced as a strategy to attract green projects and projects with special amenities and quality to the Expo. 4. Created, designed, promote, and carry out the first Panama Real Estate Trade Mission that hosted more than 60 international brokers from different countries and cities to experience the Panamanian Real Estate market, projects, incentives and regulations. Also, to connect with Panamanian brokers and develpers.

This was accomplished by a team of four Supervisors and Site Managers under my leadership who oversee 30 staff members that deliver services for more than a thousand scientific visitors per year. 2. Participated in a team comprised of staff from different STRI offices in the design and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the continuity of our operations in remote facilities, while complying with local and US federal regulations. 3. Automatized many processes such as: housing and boat reservations and meal purchasing systems among others working in collaboration with staff from the Office of Information Technology, OCIO and the Visitor’s Services Office. These efforts reduced the number of hours of manual labor and enabled efficiencies in the workforce that led to service improvements.

These strategies led to a double-digit growth in shelf share, floor share and sales for the main retailers of the region. 3. Lead a multi-country effort to position new product lines in the region under my scope. This involved coordination and participation in road tours, press conferences (radio, TV, newspapers, and magazines), trainings and distribution channel events. 5. Designed, developed and executed a $2MM (year) marketing budget that included feedback from the Territory Managers, PR and Retail Marketing Agencies which led to a 85% growth in sales of the Consumer Printer Division.
