My focus aligns with the WHOCC’s mission to strengthen public health systems, particularly through evidence-based lifestyle medicine, prevention strategies, and self-care education. I support interdisciplinary collaborations, knowledge exchange, and sustainable solutions to improve population health outcomes worldwide. I am passionate about empowering individuals, communities, and healthcare professionals to lead healthier, more purposeful lives through preventive and person-centred care. My mission is to bridge clinical medicine with evidence-based lifestyle interventions to improve health outcomes, reduce burnout, and support system-level transformation—especially in surgery, chronic disease prevention, and workforce well-being. I’m honoured to serve as a Collaborator with the WHO Collaborating Centre for Public Health Education and Training at Imperial College London, contributing to global efforts in health education, research, and public health capacity building.
