This role aligns deeply with my wider work in Lifestyle Medicine, burnout prevention, and health coaching. I bring a trauma-informed, human-centred approach to postgraduate medical education, integrating: - Safe, structured onboarding - Regular mentorship and reflective practice - Training in self-care, emotional intelligence, and system navigation - Collaborative leadership development - Health coaching tools to build personal and professional agency My goal is to cultivate a supportive, high-trust environment where our future consultants, GPs, and specialists can thrive not just survive.
