I’m Curtis Lucas, an IBEW-trained Master Electrician, Texas Electrical Contractor, and Senior Cost Estimator specializing in electrical systems, subsystems, and instrumentation. With experience spanning both union and merit shops, I’ve worked with top ENR-ranked general contractors such as Kiewit, Turner, Whiting-Turner, and Skanska. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and an MBA, and currently serve as a consultant with OCMI, delivering estimates for predominantly government-funded projects across the Departments of Defense, Corrections, Justice, Energy, and Veterans Affairs, as well as national cemeteries, administrative complexes, and laboratories. Based in New Braunfels, Texas, I combine my technical expertise, contracting background, and business acumen to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
