Projects and Achievements: Delivery of a contact center system that has helped in managing customer engagements through monitored calls and social media interactions. The system allows for ticketing, escalations, and performance monitoring. Having managed its implementation, Minet’s abandoned call rate has reduced from 17% to 3.5% post-implementation as well as achieving a customer satisfaction rate of 98%. Minet will equally reduced its infrastructure cost by over 80% due to the introduction of soft phones which eliminates the need for physical lines and gadgets. Delivery of actuarial software to help in doing all actuarial valuations and IFRS17 calculations. Delivery of a healthcare system that helps improve the management of the healthcare department’s operations such as service provider management, scheme management, member identification and verification, pre-authorizations, case and claims management, and finance. Ensuring the company's ISO certification through monitoring company-wide quality objectives and enforcement of ICT SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). I have been part of the committee that has seen Minet retain its ISO certification by enabling operational improvement and efficiency.
