Liaise daily with clients, families, staff, and external providers to navigate complaints, resolve service breakdowns, and uphold care quality during high-pressure situations. Support recruitment through staff interviews, onboarding, and performance discussions, contributing to a 20% improvement in early-stage retention. Oversee compliance, incident reporting, and certification tracking using AlayaCare, MOA, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and AI-driven mapping tools to optimise travel and rostering logistics.
