Jul. 2008 - Feb. 2017Dallas/Fort Worth AreaServed as a liaison for the Dallas Ft Worth International Airport Board and facilitator for all design reviews and parties involved in design and construction projects and provided oversight and guidance for locations, owners, tenants, design professionals, contractors, inspectors, code officials, airlines, and airport staff. Provide DFW Concessions Clients with direction on concepts, materials, color schemes, textures, and dynamic advertising in the development and detailed review of conceptual and final design documentation to ensure compliance and alignment with the DFW Concessions Tenant Design Manual and DFW Board-approved terminal branding aesthetics. Provided support for 216 individual concession units and 42 different passenger amenities with over 412 locations for a combined annual revenue of over $68M. Developed and expanded the design direction with plan evaluation and design review and established concessionaire design and construction timelines for supporting department initiatives, annual budgets, and expediting time to market. Support annual budget analysis. Provide direction for overall concessions development strategy and implementation of Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program for terminals A, B, and E. Develop individual concessions schedules integrated into the overall $3.2B phased project, established open coordination lines and communication with TRIP construction teams, implementation managers, and the DFW Concessions department. Responsible for developing Terminal C planning initiative, including concept mix, defining development strategy and implementation schedules, and project management. Responsible for developing the Tenant Design Manual, setting the overall brand standard for the Concessions program. Provide project and construction management, including retail, food and beverage, hospitality, passenger amenities, and sponsorship projects.
