Aug. 2024Côte d'IvoireI am responsible for managing Customer Supply Chain process of the Operating Company with 5 Clusters of 38 countries across Ivory Coast, Tropical Cluster, Western Cluster, Ghana, Equatorial East, South Africa and Oceanic Islands Countries in Africa. Customer Supply Chain Strategy - Designs the ESA Supply Chain Strategy with Cross Function Leaders at Business Group -Defines, implements and continuously optimizes Route to Market (Supply) strategy Lead End-2-End Customer Supply Chain: Customer Service & Logistic Account Management - Manages and enhances Customer operations: order intake & logistic account, customer service, returns and complaint handling - Initiates and drives Customer collaboration and Customer centric SC improvement initiatives Demand Planning - Leads the Demand Planning cycles, collaborates actively internally (Sales & Marketing) and with Customers driving for high Forecast Accuracy and low Bias. - Drives the execution of the S&OP process according to RFC standards, support and facilitate financial forecasting process Warehouse/Working Capital Management and FREX Logistics (Distribution) - Make efficient plans to meet objectives of working capital and manage warehouse to optimize available space, ensure smooth stock flow and better inventory control. Lead and support Local Production (SOURCE & MAKE) - Develop scenario based analysis to better influence and facilitate strategic decisions within the Supply Chain with the bigger picture of the annual budget/target and profitability in mind while planning production Sourcing (incl. 3rd party manufacturing and/or partnering with customers/distributors) - Aligns with Make and Procurement to define and execute regional sourcing strategy in accordance with RFC QA / RA standards. Project management (supply chain, cross functional) - Plans and/or implements supply chain optimization projects to drive cost-savings, speed to market, etc. initiatives.
