I love to travel, meet new people, and try new things. I can appreciate cars and racing as I grew up on the race track. My passion is to help people find their self-worth, value and confidence. To help people overcome depression, silence those negative inner thoughts and have the life that they want and deserve. I specialize in treating those who struggle with addictions (substance and technology), self-esteem, body dysmorphia, eating disorders, dual diagnosis disabilities, eating disorders, anxiety and depression. I am passionate about emotional wellness- and helping people be preventative by talking about self care and behaviors to obtain and maintain a healthy emotional balance. My goal is to help everyone recognize that mental illness /emotional health is important; encouraging all people to engage in self-care that assists in fostering healthy emotional balance. Helping them identify and recognize this can be done through the use of professional services as well as their own individual activities. Services offered include: Individual therapy Family therapy Group therapy Education Emotional wellness packages for business owners who want to encourage their employees to take care of their emotional health. I accept most major insurances, self-pay and utilize the voucher program to assist with payment for those who have been effected by covid but are unable to pay.
