-Restructured a legacy business into a multi-division brand, establishing clear architecture under a unified parent company.
-Built and scaled the internal marketing team, developing systems to drive brand growth and performance.
-Directed creative strategy and identity development across naming, messaging, tone of voice, and visual systems.
-Led rebranding and repositioning efforts for all divisions, ensuring clear differentiation and brand consistency.
-Developed and launched a franchise marketing model with scalable identity, lead generation, and local marketing playbooks.
-Created an education-first platform through Stain & Seal University to build industry authority and empower contractors and franchisees.
-Unified marketing systems across SEO, paid media, email, influencer marketing, PR, and social media.
-Implemented scalable marketing infrastructure to support both daily execution and long-term brand growth. Restorative Industries now operates as a brand-led, strategically structured organization with the systems and internal team in place to scale across service, product, franchise, and eCommerce divisions.
