I also oversaw the shared services group comprising of critical functions such as the Human Resource Development, Information Technology, Admin and Logistics and Procurement. I led the successful transformation, through reengineering of critical support units and restructuring of Amazon Energy limited, to Amazon Energy Group Limited, from an entrepreneurship to a more institutionalized company with different subsidiaries.
