Change Management and Process Optimization: • Integrated equipment and staff after MCT Logistics acquisition, streamlining policies impacting 1.2K trailers, company drivers and tractors, owner operators, and staff from 3 locations. • Migrated D&D Transport operations, leading multi-company team of stakeholders through relocation, closure of an office, onboarding of drivers and office staff, and benefit negotiations. • Led 3 key teams to integrate UPS Truckload corporate staff and operations, mapping core responsibilities to address staffing overlap, guiding benefit negotiations, and aligning policies and procedures. • Orchestrated complex system migration, implementing process improvements to automate key steps in the driver lifecycle.
