Jan. 2005 - Sep. 2016Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area- Manage and implement all phases of software deployment for clients (1 to 300 users) including project scope, client requirements, analysis, design, implementation, testing and post deployment support. - Onsite Representative for software deployments; evaluate requirements for each customer and convey analysis to various departments for development (travel about 25%) - Develop implementation plans as well as document and communicate progress, resolve any issues, and satisfy all customer needs. - Develop deployment timelines. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously - Maintain communication and ensure completion of the implementation process - Supervise onsite implementation phases including: power user training and business process analysis - Customer support on installing insurance rates and trouble shoot problems with client installations such as: balancing HUD's, minor reconciliation, entering title insurance information and other real estate closing procedures
