Mar. 2025Port-Harcourt, Rivers State, NigeriaWork as a Senior Facility Manager, Senior Architect, or project Manager accountable for safe and cost-effective delivery of Real Estate facility management, competently handling vendor relations, budgeting and cost control, and procurement management. Lead and supervise the definition, implementation, and review of company-wide processes, quality assurance, policies, and procedures as they relate to Facilities management.
Establish and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Review requests on quotations and scopes prepared for facilities and project jobs in various facilities.
Ensure to carry out engagements with project team to ensure all Architectural drawings are designed to AWG standards and policy.
Supervise Unsafe Act Auditing, Industrial First Aid, PTW.
Ensure to carry out BSS (Building Structural Standards) Assessment and load on SharePoint for integrity checks.
Part of the team, Coordinators and auditors LOD 1 (BAP - TOR) for NGRE projects.
Team coordinator on the procurement of household, equipment, civil, and electrical materials for the Project Field use. Team coordinator for P-Card, FYNSIS, MRA, and SEPRA (Ensures that all vendors are being paid for services rendered using platforms listed to raise Service Entries). Ensures all activities carried out (Documents) in the field logistics bases are always loaded on SharePoint for easy access. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and other departments. Identify opportunities for energy efficiency and cost savings. Supervise facilities-related projects, including renovations, refurbishments, and new constructions. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Oversee the project lifecycle from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
