After the start up of the first restaurant, we opened an Italian bakery chain in Shanghai (4 shops), a central kitchen and a QS bakery production factory. We had the honor to take part of the Shanghai World Expo 2010 running one restaurant and one bakery shop inside both the expo park and the expo village. Location hunter and construction site supervising, dealing with contractors and bureaus for the relevant permissions, staff training, event organization, supplier liaison, supervising of daily operation were among my main duties.
