Jan. 2016 - Sep. 2019Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities: • Handle all generalist activities for a workforce of about 600 employees including recruitment • Advise & partner with Departments Heads to align people & business strategy with deliverables for their departments • Preparing budgets for the HR Department including manpower, L&D and engagement budgets • Formulate, review and implement HR Policies when required as per the UAE labour law • Lead department effort during internal/external audits •Design, plan & implement a variety of strategic HR projects related to systems, operations and key HR areas • Responsibility areas include recruitment, talent management, performance management, grievance handling, engagement, relationship management, conflict resolution & administration • Handled the responsibilities of the L&D Specialist from April 2017 – December 2018. Responsible for the development, implementation and review of the L&D programme at the factory.
