- Defined and executed the overall marketing strategy following global brand and budget guidelines using effective marketing tools, materials, and local campaigns.
- Managed PR (brand relationships to key ambassadors and influencers, media personalities), promotions and events (co-branding with luxury and premium brands, partnerships with retail affiliates, F&B outlets, high-end real estate properties, country clubs and hotels) & advertitising (media buying).
- Developed their first social media and digital strategy which generated new followers thus increasing sales and VIP customer database.
- Partnered with merchandising team to understand product buyability, best-sellers and seasonal opportunities for timely product and key launches. - Focused on improving visual merchandising of retail outlets to enhance customer experience in-store, leveraged personalized and strategic customer communications to drive emotional brand connections.
- Trained and educated key sales associates on customer behavior and loyalty programmes to create brand allegiance and repeat orders.
- Reported and managed ROI on key marketing initiatives, by defining relevant KPIs ( 23% overall increase in product sales, 55% increase in social media, 72% increase in new customers and followers)
- Trained and motivated a strong team (1 manager, 3 supervisors) to reach sales objectives, brand goals and PR ambitions.
- Monitored, analysed and reported on compeitiors’ activities (quarterly basis) to keep abreast on the market’s landscape.
