Organizational & Operational Management: Coordinated and optimized internal processes across general affairs, finance, HR, IT, and legal functions; developed systemic solutions to improve efficiency and compliance.
Human Resources & Recruitment: Led end-to-end recruitment processes, from drafting job advertisements and contracts to final selection; created HR reports, staffing plans, and employee training and development programs.
Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Drafted internal acts, contracts, decisions, and regulations while ensuring strict adherence to applicable laws; supported financial planning, monitoring, and procurement processes.
Project & Policy Development: Directed and supported complex professional tasks and cross-institutional collaboration with state authorities; prepared analyses, reports, and recommendations to inform decision-making and policy implementation.
