-Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
-Reconciling monthly financial activity, generating year-end reports.
-Assisting senior management in creating annual budget and cash flow.
-Develop, maintain and monitor all accounting systems and procedures.
-Managing reimbursement petty cash requests.
-Maintaining financial hard and soft archival and administrative files.
-Supervise on the collection team.
-Other responsibilities:
oAssisting the Business Development team, Handling Qatar & Kuwait.
oHandling the company’s’ social media activities (Twitter, Facebook, youtube & Linkedin)
oAny other work assigned by the management, ex. clients surveys. -Acheivements:

oCreated a pricing & costing model.
oAssisted in expanding the operations of the company and opening an office in Oman
