These initiatives helped to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment and assessment processes and resulted in a higher quality of hires for the organization. - Successfully initiated and developed AI-based internal campaign assets, including creating a company's value jingle using Suno AI, which was used during corporate events to increase employee engagement - Designed and developed an interactive learning application prototype, 'Palm Oil Plantation Simulation,' using Gemini's Canvas feature as an innovative learning medium for the management development program. - Successfully developed and implemented new recruitment procedure - Successfully developed and implemented first induction program - Successfully hired more than 150 new staff hire within 5 month
