▪ Develop and maintain design and build documentation.
▪ Implement solutions using proprietary code on the MX.3 platform. Line Manager Responsibilities (Fenixys-Side):
▪ Lead and manage the team, providing training and guidance to ensure they are equipped to handle technical challenges.
▪ Serve as the primary point of contact for technical issues and internal company matters, assisting with task execution and problem-solving.
▪ Assign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), regularly collecting and providing feedback to drive performance and development.
▪ Conduct team performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback to align performance with company goals.
