I was in charge of all human resource tasks, such as developing employee benefit programmes, verifying legal compliance, keeping records, and recommending human resource policy. I used HR employees to implement numerous people-related services, policies, and programmes, and I aided firm management with all human resource challenges. Employees were prepared for assignments by designing orientation and training programmes.
