With over 25 years of extensive experience in business development, Abel Tattersall began his career in the resources sector in the early 2000s, where he spearheaded a team that raised over $40 million for the acquisition and development of a gold mine in British Columbia, Canada. Eventually, this gold mine was sold to Blue Lagoon Resources, a company that has continued developing the project. Commercial production is scheduled to commence in 2025. Abel's journey continued as he ventured into the coffee industry, serving as Director of Sales for a Canadian organization, crafting innovative marketing strategies that drove growth and engagement for brands like Starbucks and Lavazza. Transitioning to the USA, his expertise further expanded in the Telehealth industry where he took on the role of VP of Marketing for an American company. There, Abel successfully managed sales teams, CRM software, and call center operations, working closing with McDonald’s Restaurant owner/operators across the United States. Building on this combined experience, Abel founded NGG Kosovo LLC, a company dedicated to providing affordable solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. NGG Kosovo leverages expertise in sales, CRM management, call center management, and AI analysis and optimization to help businesses scale sales and effectively manage customer relationships. As the founder and owner, Abel combines his diverse skill set and passion for business to drive forward-thinking strategies that foster success and innovation. He is dedicated to leading his team toward new heights while continuing to make a positive impact in the industries he serves.
