May. 2025Montreal, Quebec, Canada• Act as the primary point of contact for the artist, ensuring clear and timely communication with all internal and external teams (label, booking agents, PR, legal, etc.). • Manage day-to-day communications on behalf of the artist with professionalism and discretion. • Collaborate with brand partners, sponsors, and creative collaborators to develop opportunities that align with the artist’s vision and schedule. • Proactively identify opportunities (creative, business, and growth-related) and bring them to the attention of the artist and core team. • Work closely with marketing teams on campaign planning, content rollouts, and social media strategy. • Lead cross-functional coordination for music releases, video shoots, and brand partnerships, ensuring timelines and expectations are met across all teams. • Oversee logistics for live performances, tours, press appearances, and events — from travel arrangements to on-site execution. • Coordinate with legal and business affairs to review and manage contracts, clearances, and approvals when needed. • Support the artist’s well-being by maintaining a balanced schedule and serving as a reliable, behind-the-scenes partner in a fast-paced environment.
