Oct. 2021 - Jun. 2022Slovakia-Supporting IBM´s internal and external customers (e.g. various teams within IBM, sellers, Business Partners, Finance teams) across the globe - Billing activities (obtaining orders from customers, creation and tracking of invoices) - Contract Operations Registration activities (Ensuring accurate billing, proper contract documentation, managing contract lifecycle). - Ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and complete responses to inquiries and proactive problem resolution. - Maintaining open and effective communication with internal customers. - Working in a fast-changing environment. - Team cooperation. - Manage the account team, internal and external stakeholders - Coordinate other departments and center functions involved in account operations - Ensure that personal development and performance management routines are applied - Lead innovation in order to ensure required levels of efficiency and automation - Change-leadership skills to be applied in adhering to clients' needs and requirements
