US ArmyMultichannel Systems Operator Maintainer
Mar. 2011 - Oct. 2018As a Network Technician at HHB S3/Fort Gordon, GA from 2019 to 2022, I spearheaded the engineering of the Network Operations Cyber Control Center. This center effectively oversaw 200+ signal nodes, enabling simultaneous mission coordination. I developed innovative monitoring strategies to enhance command and control across various echelons, ensuring seamless operations. Leveraging cloud platforms, I extended our mission command capabilities to adapt to evolving needs.
In collaboration with the 50th ESB-E, I played a pivotal role in testing and implementing Software Defined Networks (SDNs) for real-time network re-engineering. Our aim was to achieve permanent integration with Regional Hub Nodes, enhancing our network's agility and responsiveness.
Furthermore, I managed and monitored over 150 tactical nodes, ensuring their robust performance and reliability in diverse operational scenarios. Through diligent oversight and proactive maintenance, I maintained optimal network functionality to support mission-critical activities. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS: • Configured and maintained a CORP-level network supporting 300+ users, ensuring network security and prompt vulnerability mitigation.
• Contributed to the development of cloud-based command extension across multiple Warfighters, enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Constructed SNMPc and SolarWinds interface for 18th Airborne Corps, enabling comprehensive signal asset monitoring during multiple Warfighter exercises.
